Issues with adding a multiplayer server

When adding a server, the Server Name input box is not focused properly and the user is unable to type unless they focus the box intentionally to type on it.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click Multiplayer in the main screen

2. Click Add server

3. Start typing in Server Name

Also, if you select Server Address and then Server Name again (without clicking outside of any of the boxes), both the boxes are selected (but can only type on Server Name)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click Multiplayer in the main screen

2. Click Add server

3. Select the Server Address input box

4. Select the Server Name input box

I think these issues are related so I didn't bother making two separate ones.
