If you want, you can check the next snapshot to see if the issue is resolved due to another fix from the developers, but beyond that, you will need new hardware.

But in previous shots and versions this was not. So, I don’t think it has anything to do with system requirements.

Your PC is nearly 13 years old. It is nothing short of a miracle that you were able to run this game until now, but it seems that the time has run out. If 1.15.2 runs fine for you, I would recommend continuing to play on that version. Also, never upgrade your PC to anything other than Windows 7, otherwise it will definitely break.
