[MC-186625] Texture pack not working

When Trying to load my custom texture pack some textures will not load. It says it is fine for this version and I have tried updating it but nothing is working. I hope this will be fixed as I spent weeks making this texture pack. Thank you!

Please provide more details than this, like screenshots, please also attach the resource pack in question.

Texture packs have been superseded by resource packs.

I believe it is updated to 1.16 and to clarify it is a resource pack my bad. The book on the enchanting table still has its texture but nothing the other stuff doesn't
