[MC-186755] New Mojang logo isn't used for loading recource packs

When loading recource or texture packs, the new Mojang logo isn't used for the loading screen. To reload you'r recource packs you can just hold F3 and T. Another way to reload recource packs is to just enable a recource pack.

Cannot Reproduce / Invalid

This is due to the resource pack you are using having the old logo.

It does it even when I don't have any recource packs loaded or on.

Nevermind, I was on multiplayer... I feel retarded
