[MC-186781] Blaze Fire Range too far

What I expected to happen was...:
Blaze firing range should be 16 blocks.

What actually happened was...:
firing range is 48 blocks

Steps to Reproduce:
1. summon blaze 48 blacks away in survival.

I know its duplicated but nowhere does it say that the range for blaze is now 48 block
