Good morning, I was play yesterday to hunt some Creepers and in several rivers is spawning to many fish, something close to 19 fish in a small area and it weighs on the map, even near my house, where a river crosses

That is intentional spawning, especially during the day as the mob spawning cap won't be taken up by hostile mobs.
