Can't shift double click items from your inventory to your hotbar with an item in your hand.

Can't shift double click items from your inventory to your hotbar with an item in your hand, but the other way around works as normal. 

What I expected to happen was...:
When holding an item and shift double clicking on another item in the inventory it should move all of that type of item to the hotbar.

What actually happened was...:
It attempts to move the items but immediately goes back into the inventory into the first available slots.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Pick up an item in your inventory with your mouse.
2. Hold shift and double click on any item in your inventory.
