After defeating the Enderdragon, I still don't have the advancement 'Free the End.' I think this may of happened because I did manage to end up dying during the final blow (I used beds to inflict damage) but was close and quick enough to see it explode. I have respawned and killed it again but still nothings happened. I also (don't know if this is directly related or not) cannot get through the portal that leads to the end city's. I have set up the proper way to get in and even got the advancement 'Remote Getaway.' Is there anyway to fix this?

Well...Are you gonna fix anytime soon? As you've mentioned its already been brought up yet its still an issue. I understand that it's not a quick fix but is there some kind of information about it other than 'we've seen this and are working on it?'
