[MC-187198] 20w22a /locate does not work

Newly created server on 20w22a..

Have tested all /locate commands and they all return 'Could not find that structure nearby'.

Completely recreated the server but issue remains.

In what version was the world generated, and was it generated with structures turned off? Test this by creating a brand new world, and checking if the /locate command works there.

Was generated in 20w22a. Just created a new world with the same settings and structures on and it worked. Thanks.
