Summery:
I have started a new world on 20w22a and all village chests, nether portal chests, mineshaft chests I have found have had zero items inside them. I opened a few extra worlds out of curiosity and all chests in those had zero items inside them also.
What I expected to happen was...:
I expected the chests to have loot inside them as normal randomly generated chests would/
What actually happened was...:
The chests did not have loot in them.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a new world
2. Find a randomly generated chest
3. Find no loot inside
