Change "/whitelist" to a non-offensive term

Minecraft is a game of inclusivity and collaboration.

For years, servers have had the concept of "whitelists" and "whitelisting," and to be honest, I think most of us didn't really think too much about it. However, this type of terminology is derogatory – the idea that if you're on the _white_list, you're in, and if not, you're out.

We all have a duty to stop racial injustice and prejudice. There are plenty of alternative terms that can be used: e.g. friends, welcomelist, allowlist, etc.

And while some may not see this is a bug, it needs to be fixed.

It is just a term that has been around for much longer than Minecraft has been. Why are people thinking everything is racist right now. Just because of George Floyd doesn't mean everything that contains "white" in the name is racist. Just please, stop.

Oh No! The background of Mojira is White! How RaCiStttttt!

Here's another good example... A white hole and a black hole should not need to be renamed, as they perfectly state what they are. One sucks things in preventing them ever reaching anything (like a blacklist), while the other lets everything go to wherever it wants (like a whitelist). There's no need to ban white black type terms when they are in relation to preventing and allowing things like how white and black holes disallow and allow particles to areas in space.
