Charged respawn anchors no longer light up blocks around them

When a respawn anchor is charged, it starts glowing, but it no longer illuminates the blocks around it.

To reproduce

1. Place a respawn anchor in a dark spot

2. Charge it
   → ❌ The respawn anchor starts glowing but doesn't light up the blocks nearby
