You should send the actual file that is the "world", maybe inspecting it would help find what's up
I think this is a good thing and shouldn't be "fixed". The reason it's like that is because it's future proofing for in case any of these textures do get changed
I think the signs should remain the same as they are currently on the back side but change to the lower contrast texture only when there's text written on them
Update: Though this issue was marked as invalid, I would like to provide an update so that this could possibly be reopened. I switched to Java 8 and it still happens, however it happens ALL the time. This makes working on my Resource Pack impossible.
Also, I'm not sure if this is because I'm on mobile right now or not, but I don't think the latest.log shows the whole crash log for some reason..
The skins aren't actually different, rather they only look different in Bedrock because of the character creator takes parts which are textured to be grayscale such as the basic body texture, the hair, and eyes and recolors them. This is obviously because all that stuff is customizable in the character creator
The clothes however are the same since they do not need to be grayscaled and have a color filter put over them
The cause of this issue is the anti-aliasing setting, set it to 1 and the problem goes away.
However, this means that edges on blocks and objects will be jagged and not smoothed out but it is a temporary solution until this gets fixed.
This also still occurs on 1.16.20

Why is that whenever I search to see if someone already posted an issue I am about to report, and find nothing then when I go to report it, it ends up being a duplicate!?
You need to install the Music from the Marketplace, Works as Intended.
This happens to me too on Xbox One S, this should be marked as "Confirmed".
@Micheal Tan
Yes, though the arrow disappearing is not supposed to happen. The Enderman teleporting away from the arrow is though
Wait, this is a thing Resource Packs could do?
Update: I have realized that for some reason, it's mipmapping that causes this lag, when it is turned off the game runs fine. This doesn't happen on 1.15.2, or on any version before that as far as I know.
I thought the thing with the Warped Fungi was intentional, it looks pretty cool that it drips like that, and also matches the hanging Warped Wart on the large grown fungi tree.
Works as intended, also Herobrine doesn't exist.
I think this may be intended, as Bee Nests and Bee Hives with full honey are not supposed to be obtainable or worn by entities.
Edit: Another oddity is that when they are placed, then destroyed with a silk touch axe, they don't stack with the one that was in your head slot.
“It is not easy to fix this by means of a resource pack”
Yes it is you can just slightly change the torch instead and most people will not notice
