[MC-196217] Water in a Cauldron is opaque

Steps to Reproduce:

Place a Cauldron
Place Water in Cauldron
Observe that the water appears completely solid

Observed Results:
Water appears flat and opaque

Expected Results:
The water should be transparent

Why is that whenever I search to see if someone already posted an issue I am about to report, and find nothing then when I go to report it, it ends up being a duplicate!?
