[MC-167915] Cave noises or Herobrine

This is probably a doubt about 1.15, but I am still asking this. Do we have cave noises or is it Herobrine, because while I was mining, I was going to place a torch when I heard a cave noise which sounds like this

It is the same sound I heard and is somehow available on the Minecraft Wiki

Mojang please help I'm scared 😨

Then why did it happen in a mine I dug? Also its 1.15 not 1.14 and the light level was 8 or 9

Works as intended, also Herobrine doesn't exist.

I know Herobrine doesn't exist but (no offense) he is probably back because it happened in 2 x 2 x 7 hole I dug.

Those are ambient sounds. They were put to scare the player
