The wool texture on sheep is using the updated 1.14 Jappa texture with Programmer Art enabled, instead of the intended classic texture from 1.13.
I think this is because of the recent change in 25w08a to rename the wool texture from sheep_fur.png to sheep_wool.png, it’s possible that the file was forgotten to be renamed in the Programmer Art pack.

I am able to reproduce the reported behavior. It has been present since 25w08a. I can confirm the assumption that this is caused by the fact that the respective texture is still named sheep_fur.png in the Programmer Art resource pack.
