I already reported this bug and it’s fixed in the 1.21.6 Release Candidate 1

So ? It’s Resolved or Not ? I don’t know if someone else saw this bug report

So we can stay stuck in dialog and it’s an expected result ??

I know why but in the video my screen is black when my head is obstrued but there is normally a dirt texture in game, weired

Explain your problem by write steps to reproduce, expected results and observed results, because I don’t know how to reproduce your bug

It’s not a bug, it’s not an interface like pause menu with buttons, but a GUI with items

[Mod] turbo No, but I'm now trying to show that the “exit_action” is not clear to understand because it executes even when the dialog doesn't close and that's not logical, and also the fact that you can get stuck in a dialog because of the “after_action” when it's set to “none” and when the dialog can't be closed with the escape key.

[Mojang] Triage Team but the exit_action is called “exit_action” and is executed when pressing on the button in the footer or when we press the escape key, and the“exit_action” executes an action even if the “after_action” is set to “none” it’s not logic because it should execute an action ONLY if the dialog as been closed

So, you can explain why the exist action is called “exit_action” and can be executed by clicking on the button or with the escape key ?

When we press the escape key, it execute the exit action but not the button, so it’s not logic

and if we disable the close when pressing the escape key, we CAN’T close the dialog

It’s a problem
