my inventory, including chests are missing

there are items missing from chest that were not part of dying that caused items to disappear from inventory

it is almost crippling in the amount i had saved and earned.....that bugs like this occur this late make me want a refund for this game and how visceral it is.....not even the exploring loose everything on you piece, its the chests in YOUR base that have items disappear which is unacceptable
