[MC-187560] zombified piglin not dropping xp

when using stacked mine-carts to kill zombified piglins they no-longer drop xp when angered by the player .

Just checked ,killing hostile and non hostile mobs manually dose drop xp , angered and killed by minecarts will not . this is survival mode not creative
