[MC-18787] The old ladder bug is back

One can make claimable ladders only placing ladders every other block, just like the beta days, if they alternate sides. as shown in the attached image

I don't see where this is a bug. You climb the first ladder, stand on top of it (which is an intended feature) and then you have access to the second ladder, and so on .... climbing this construction isn't very fast, but it works.

The collision box of ladders was removed in http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Version_history#1.1 but soon came back in http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Version_history#1.2.1 .

Originally, you only needed every other ladder to clime(Way back in Beta). This was deemed a bug, and was removed. Then people re-discovered it, so I posted it here like it was a bug.
