i was making a skin for minecraft, then when i equipped it, it only showed the outer layer. the parts of the outer layer that were meant to be see-through were white. the white stuff should have been see-through, but it wasnt. id like some help with this

What I expected to happen was...:
i would just change my skin and be done.

What actually happened was...:
the parts that were meant to be transparent werent, they were just white

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to the skindex

2. take a skin

3. add some stuff to it

4. download it using microsoft paint

5. equip the skin

the bug should happen by that time
