[MC-187912] [Parity] Bees don't fight certain mobs in Java Edition after being attacked

When a skeleton, pillager and other entities attack a bee, it does not get angry, nor do those around it.
on the other hand, in bedrock edition, the bees DO get angry when attacked by these entities, I don't know if it is a mistake of bedrock edition or java edition, but it seems more logical to me than if they attack when attacked by skeletons and pillagers.

Cannot reproduce in 21w10a. Bees sting as intended.

It cannot be reproduced in 1.16.5.
I tried it with a skeleton, but it was properly retaliating.

@unknown, if you can still reproduce in 1.17.1 or later, please provide a video with the debug screen enabled (hit the F3 key) demonstrating the issue.
