pressure plate not working

What kind of pressure plate ?
Wood, stone, iron or gold ?

If I may? Kumasasa? In the latest snapshot, I have found that when I teleport to another location out of rendered distance (not sure as of yet) pressure plates wood or stone do not seem to recognize themselves and so they don't work when stepped on. Like they don't even move, like they aren't there. The buttons work with the same contraption but the plates (already there) do not. It only seems to happen when teleporting away from them and then back. Redstone and such still work though. Haven't tried weighted ones.

EDIT: I forgot to add that placing another one down, during this time, will not work either. AND It does effect command blocks as well!

Same thing happening to me, except I'm using 15w38b. Tried all pressure plates, none work

The same thing is going on with my server. It doesn't matter what game mode I'm in. Some plates work, most don't - it appears to be random. I'm on Ubuntu 14.04 and 15w38b.
