Scaffolding vanishing client side

when climbing up scaffolding the top two levels of a tower vanish until i close out and reload the client.

What I expected to happen was...:
the visible block to be there and interactable

What actually happened was...:
the blocks were disapearing and using my items up to replace even though they are still there when i log back into the game

Steps to Reproduce:
1. build a massive scaffolding floor with towers
