Graphical glitch if puting water with a water bucket into water

If i try to put a full water bucket into water it creates a graphical glitch that looks like water breaking effect!
if i put a water bucket on planted wheat or on planted carrots or potatoes
it does like normal but it creates also a small graphical glitch
