[MC-188427] skin not save!

when i open my minecraft Java edition and go to skin and try to add a new skin it gives the "error could not save the skin". it is not my skin I have tried several others. even steve's doesn't work, i can't solve 😞

Have you tried relogging on the launcher or reinstalling it?

I've tried to disconnect and log in again and also reinstalled minecraft but it doesn't work
