[MC-188454] *Duplicated* Zombified Piglins can follow the player on spectator mode while angered

Duplicated.

Piglins can follow the player on spectator mode while they are angered.

1. Suvivial Mode: Hit a Zombified Piglin.
2. Change to Spectator mode.
3. They will follow the player until the anger run out.
