I think this bug has been for longer but it has to do with sweet berry bushes and mining blocks, while setting up some berry bushes for my foxes i discovered this, my experience is if you mine a block (only works if you have placed it without quitting apparently) while being inside a berry bush it sometimes wont count as if it was mined (look at the grass blocks on my hotbar in the video) and will reappear after mining some other blocks, but some other times it will, its very hard to explain this accurately so i left a video here, sorry for the kinda bad quality i can't get my recorder to do it properly.

This is lag - please make sure that your world does not overload your laptop, I recommend lowering the render distance and other graphical settings - after that, please check if the issue still occurs.

I used a Netherite shovel with silk touch and efficiency V, was in survival and had the haste II effect from the beacon.
