[MC-188647] Dispensing Shulker box crashes game

Exactly as stated. If a dispenser has a shulker box inside of it and is triggered by anything, the game crashes. Moreover when the game is reopened the shulker box will be duplicated - The box will have been dispensed, but a duplicate will remain inside the dispenser.
