After your sleeping in a custom dimension that allowed bed works, the time won't change; And if another player slept in overworld, after that the night of custom dimension will suddenly change into daytime.
Maybe my issue is duplicate of MC-188578, but I am very sure that my issue and that issue is exactly not a duplicate of MC-187434
