[MC-189133] Jigsaw block has inconsistent capitalization

The Bug
The "p" in Target pool, "n" in Name and "t" in Joint type inside the jigsaw block UI are not capitalized despite them being main words to describe the field.

Going forward, we're going to track all UI related text capitalization-related issues in a single ticket. As such, I've merged this ticket into MC-190102 and resolved it as a duplicate.

If you notice any more text capitalization issues, please leave a comment in MC-190102.
