In the F3 + Q menu, the description of F3+ F is "Cycle render distance (Shift to invert)" while the description of F3 + Esc is "Pause without pause menu (if pausing is possible)"
Shift is capitalized in F3+F because it is the beginning of parenthesized text, while if should be capitalized in F3 + Esc because it also begins parenthesized text.

Going forward, we're going to track all UI related text capitalization-related issues in a single ticket. As such, I've merged this ticket into MC-190102 and resolved it as a duplicate.

Isn't it because "Shift" is a key to press while "if" is a simple word ? In this case, the capitalization is correct
