[MC-189216] Farmland Pushes player like water flowing

While standing on a tilled piece of farmland, it pushes the avatar off of the block like flowing water over an exposed side of the block. This does not happen for other types of blocks as far as I was able to tell. This is the same issue as reported for 1.15 pre-release 2.
