[MC-189230] Mysterious moving armor stands.

I was playing my single player world. When I placed an armor stand and I placed a helmet. The armor stand started to switch poses on it's own. I'd try looking into the code for armor stands and fixing any issues.

Please record a video of this happening and attach it to this report.

Is this for Bedrock? We can't change the poses of armor stands in java.

Please provide a small video with the debug screen enabled (hit the F3 key) demonstrating the issue.
