[MC-189267] when you walk on soul sand it will push you off itself

when you walk of soul sand if there are no blocks next to it. it will push you off

What I expected to happen was...:
I thought soul sand would do nothing

What actually happened was...:
the soul sand would try to push the player off it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. find or place a soul sand block
2. then break all blocks that are next to the soul sand so that you are able to walk off the block and you would go down one block
3. then walk onto the block and it should push you into the cleared area
