[MC-189389] i cannot walk next to soul sand

dear mojang

please fix this issue

when an entity walks next to soul sand block it gets stuck and no entity such as any mob can go next to it even if you go to spectator mode you cannot go next to it it it feels like something is pushing the entity very weird
