[MC-189405] Zombified piglins with crossbow doesn't shoot. They hit you with their hands.

What I expected to happen was...:
That the zombified piglin would shoot me using the crossbow.

What actually happened was...:
That it runned at me and attacked me with his hands

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a piglin in the overworld with a crossbow
2. Wait until it turns into a zombified piglin
3. You'll see it will start to hit you with his hands, not with the crosscow that is in his hands
