I can’t log in after purchase

Hello. I bought Minecraft: Java Edition recently. And when I tried to log in to my account through your official launcher, I got the error "Wrong email address or password." But I checked everything, I enter everything correctly. I even tried changing the password. The NameMC website indicates that my account is unavailable. Help me please! I'm from Ukraine
