[MC-189474] Textures do not load behind me at a specific angle

Often when I am in the underground some textures or even all textures of blocks will disappear.

This will give me a clear view to the void and mobs and chests in minecarts

We're tracking this issue in MC-63020, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
