Going forward, we're going to track all UI related text capitalization-related issues in a single ticket. As such, I've merged this ticket into MC-190102 and resolved it as a duplicate.

Should it? It's really just a message, not a title or button text that needs capitalization. "Left Shift" is capitalized because it's the string used for the key in the controls menu.
