[MC-189563] [Important] Player blocked by invisible entities while trying to walk up

it is so weird. I am using a texture pack and using a shovel to flatten the grass blocks nearby when I want to walk up a block, it keeps on pushing me back. it only happens sometimes,.. very weird glitch. but if I jump up a block, it works fine. (but after removing all of the path blocks, it kinda works fine again.) (and btw I'm in peaceful difficulty, just to let u know.)
