[MC-189574] Player drift on Path block and Farm land

players drift off farmland + path block and falling off it if there is an air block. This has been reported and fixed before but still exists in the current game.

Yes, this is such an issue when I built a greenhouse and collect my wheat, it is so annoying. (Basically, if there's a water block near the farmland it would drift me into there, and I would have to spam walk and jump to get out)

However, the path does not drift me.
