[MC-189632] Dirt Path Bug

When stepping on the edge of dirt paths you fall down like there's a invisible entity pushing you. Also when stepping one block up from a solid block to a dirt path block or from a half slab to said dirt path block, it restrains you a bit from doing so without Kiting and jumping to get on top.

I am also having this issue, when trying to jump up to a path block, i'm blocked and have to move to the nearest grass/dirt/stone block
