Standing on blocks smaller than full height with no adjacent block causes the player to get dragged off

Standing on blocks smaller than full height with no adjacent solid block causes the player to get dragged off without the need to input movement. Block examples are Farmland or Grass Path. Video examples are attached.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place Farmland and leave at least one side facing no block. 
2. Jump on it.
3. Get dragged off.
