Short blocks repel players off ledges

Soul Sand, Farmland, and Grass Path blocks push players to the nearest ledge when horizontally adjacent to air or partial blocks like stairs and torches. The force at which players are pushed prevents entry to affected blocks unless sprinting, in which case, movement over the ledge is possible albeit severely slowed. This bug seemingly does not affect mobs or items.
