[MC-189860] Striders use the same part of the texture for both legs

Striders have the same texture for both legs. Reported before but definitely wrongly marked as working as intended, as all other similar issues have been fixed. All the other mobs have specific textures.

All Piglins also have a similar bug with their limbs and ears

Actually not. The piglin problem is they have the different texture but the different texture is just a copy of the original.
