I would be nice, while having already a gamerule for constant time of the day, to have also the ability getting a gamerule for the weather not to change and don't be worried about snow or rain.

First, this site is for bug reports only, suggestions go on the Forums.
Secondly, type "/weather clear 9999" or another high number and you essentially have this ability.
