Selected worlds using keyboard nav does not enable world-specific options such as Play, Edit, Delete, and Re-Create

To reproduce:

  1. Go to the Select Worlds screen

  2. Press TAB to select the top world in the list

  3. Buttons don't light up and can't be selected until the world is actually clicked on in the list
