1.16 is currently in the pre-release stages which means it's still in development. If you'd like to play any of the 1.16 snapshots or pre-releases you will need to enable snapshot versions in your launcher. If you don't know how to do that then view this tutorial.
Please also remember this website is for reporting bugs, not for asking questions about the game or for seeking help with the game.
