The bug
I'm sure that you might be able to sit and swim, but cats aren't supposed to do this...
How to reproduce:
Tame a cat in water
Order it to sit
If it's in water, it will swim out

What? This isn't a duplicate, it's a completely different issue. Eye level has nothing to do with swimming while sitting, however, this bug might be a side effect of the other one.

However, I'm unable to reproduce it.
Please record a video of this happening and attach it to this report.
If you are on Windows, you can use Windows+Alt+R to open a built-in App for recording game footage.
In case you don't have a program to record videos, we recommend using the free recording software OBS.
